Job Title: Training Instructor

Job Description:
Your role as a training instructor is to provide a high standard of training and professionalism to Thomson Virtual pilots that require training on subjects that Thomson Virtual give training on.
You will be required to report to the training manager on a weekly basis, turn up to training meetings that happen fortnightly where and when available. As well as training you will have projects on the side which could include writing training documentation, new projects and implementations within the virtual airline, you will also be required to answer emails within 24 hours maximum.
Pre-requisites
To be considered for an interview you must have the following experiences and knowledge base:
- Be a rank of Captain or higher;
- More than 250 hours for Thomson Virtual;
- Vatsim experience;
- B737, B757, B767 knowledge and experience;
- Good at communicating;
- Be available for more than 6 hours a week.

After a long wait our B787 has landed at Manchester at 11am this morning
While the real Thomson have not put this into use at Thomson virtual it is available to book ,
I think we have waited long enough for it
We do recommend they are opereted on short/medium haul flight till you are accustomed with the B787 flight deck/Dynamics
